I recently bought a 2010 rubicon 4 door that is lifted 3". It has 33s which make it look great, but driving is a little rough and tires will follow road groves. Any suggestions on a smaller tire that will still fill the wheel well, but be more road worthy.

What pressure are you running in those 33's? You should be at somewhere around 28 PSI. Any more than that will give you exactly the ride you are describing. Even the JKU is a light vehicle. Chances are you are on an E rated tire, which is designed for a heavier light truck and would require a higher tire pressure. JK's need lower pressure as they are significantly lighter than a 1/2 ton pickup.

The TPMS on a Rubicon with 32" KO's is at 36 for fuel economy. Even those tires ride better with lower pressure but it freaks out TPMS.

I shut mine TPMS off with my Flashpaq.
