Has anyone had any legal trouble or failed inspections in VA due to some aftermarket custom headlights? I'm looking into getting a set of DC Customs and was curious if I might run into any issues. There won't be any lens tint involved, just dual projector HIDs. The demon eyes will obviously be kept off while driving and during inspections.

You should be fine as long as the demon eyes are off. Are both projectors illuminated for low beams? In most states you can only have 4 forward facing lights on at a time.

Only 1 set of projectors are on for low beams. Each set of projectors and fogs could have the halos on (6 rings total) but I'm not sure that those count towards the 4 headlight limit.

Then you should be good. The 4 are like low beams and fogs. And low beams and highs.
