you are only supposed to receive 1, it goes into the connection closure to front of engine. you need to remove rubber connection near back of engine to install tubing. by the way, can't believe how much oil is in catch can after only 1000 miles, emptied mine today for first time.

I'm at 1100 miles as of the install today so it sounds like I missed out on some catch can time that I may have needed. It took forever to get a polished one.
I had issues trying to remove that rubber hose connector from the upper manifold and I didn't feel like monkeying with it, so I went ahead and picked up another brass "inline airline splice" fitting from Napa Auto Parts (store) part #90-558. (upc code 51001 – 05580) per JDR8's blog.
