I am replacing my stock bumper with a JK rock crawler w/winch plate bumper and there are no lights....how or what do I do to keep my fog lights?

Your options are, from most difficult to easiest:

Take your fog lights out of stock bumper, trace and cut holes in new bumper, install and secure lights.

Buy new lights that will connect to the pre-existing wiring and mount them to the new bumper by drilling some holes in it and securing them.

Buy new lights that will connect to the pre-existing wiring and mount them in holes that are already on the bumper.

Remove the lights from the wiring, zip-tie the wires underneath the hood where they are out of the way.

It really depends on what you want to do. It's a JK, there is no right or wrong answer.

Any suggestions on what type of lights are the best and easiest to mount on the bumper?

Which bumper did you get? Does it have predrilled holes in it? If so, any lights will be pretty easy to install. If you look at most sites like quadratech or 4wheelparts, their selections usually have lights that have pre-existing harnesses that plug right up to your existing connections. Just depends on what you want to spend.

another option I saw on another forum: replace the headlights with 7" headlights that include the blinkers ( I think they were old chevy restoration H4 7" for hotrods), replace the blinkers with fog lights (aftermarket).
