G'day to all. I have a chattering noise from behind the glovebox in my WK Grand cherokee on start up. Just a recent occurrence. I have chased down the source of the noise and it is caused by sheared teeth on one of the gears within the fan door actuator motor assy. I recall reading on this site that this was repairable by replacing the gear at a cost of $15.00 however I am unable to find the post or indeed where to purchase the gear from. No options here in Australia so need your help please. Regards Codge.
