So weeks ago the ETA for my TrailHawk (the one given once in shipment status) was 11/18. Now its 11/20. The emails stress that this is an estimated guess.

My question is has anyone got there Cherokee a day or two ahead of the ETA?

Ive got a trip planned for the 22nd and I'm stressing over the arrival time due to needing time to prepare for the trip plus I'd like to have time to learn the vehicle before heading out.

I missed the estimated shipping day by 3 days but beat the estimated delivery day by 2 days. They will do everything possible to get as much built and shipped before Thanksgiving.

The eta I received when it finally left storage was 11/18. I took delivery on 11/14.

My eta from storage was also 11/18, but it left storage in NC on 11/8 and arrived at the dealer in GA on 11/11. Original eta was 10/22, but I got caught up in the original shipping snafu.

Roughly 1200 miles from Toledo. But the storage lot was only about 600 miles.

There seems to be a backlog at the body vendor that the Trailhawks have to go through. I had my TH ordered the end of September with a delivery date of 11/04. That got pushed back to 11/15. The TH was built on 11/06 and has been at the Body Vendor ever since. No ETA.

Sometimes they get on a truck before they are supposed to and even arrive a day early

Even 700 miles away from the plant.

Indeed it happens! I just took delivery of mine. The original ETA was today but the updated one was tomorrow

Mine is on a rail car should be in Minnesota tomorrow. Hopefully will pick it up this weekend or Monday. Built 10/14

Its called trim cote. Body shops use it. I've used high quality spray paint (can't remember brand) from Lowes in the past also.
