I actally don't know this one off the top of my head. I will ask tomorrow if someone else doesn't answer first. The plug in should be under the dash and you can purchase a direct adapter to Prodigy Controllers etc but not sure if the charge line is already connected.

Willx,
That would be really appreciated. I finally figured out what I needed to order in-so-far-as the Controller and Connector Pigtail. But before I place the order I needed to know if the charge line will work or not. No sense in my doing all this work if I'm going to end up needing an installer to run the charge-line. Whatever you can share would be great. And thank you.
You want the adapter cable either way. Which Brake Controller are you using?

No problem.
I was looking at a simple Draw-Tite "Activator" with the Tekonsha Plug-in for Jeep. But like I said I can't determine if that will enable the trailer battery charging line in the 7 prong rear plug or not?
Spoke to one of the techs. It should be live from the factory but it is super easy to liven up if not. He said he has seen some off but it is a 30 second fix.

IMHO, if you are looking act towing something over 1500 pounds consider the Prodigy P2 or P3. With heavier trailers they give the most natural feel.

Running a P3 in my Durango and Braking is so smooth and much better release than the Reese I returned after a single trip.
