I have these plastic covers with a small hole in them on the bottom of my doors. Some if these are coming off and the remaining look to trap debris in them.
What is the purpose and can I remove them all.

Yep you can just yank them off. When you take then off the doors will drain water much faster. All that debris is what promotes must later on.

If you ford water alot then you can leave them in place as they would slow the flow of water it to the door.

My 2011 Laredo had them. My 2014 Limited that I just picked up do not. I'd take them off.

They seem to do worse than good as far as I can see. I wonder what they put them on for.
