Has anyone tried adjusting the parking brake themself? I have a little slop in the pedal and according to the maintenance schedule it's about time for and adjustment anyway. I hate to have to take it to the dealer for a seemingly simple proceedure.

Thoughts? Any how-tos out there?

Has anyone tried doing this? Just wondering about that star adjustment screw and the direction to tighten if just using a flathead instead of a specific star adjustment tool.


Will try this in a month or so when I replace lug nuts. Hoping in the meantime anyone can share their experience, and hopefully some pics. Thanks!
