I recently added a Daystar 2" leveler to my WJ. Right after I completed the job, I took her out for a spin and was surprised by the noise. It sounded like I was running mudders. I had my wife drive the truck and I drove along side in our car and there was no 'outside' noise. It is all evident from inside.

Could it be the material is denser than the isolators and not absorbing so much vibration? It is speed relevant. Also, I did note the spring orientation and used the rubber isolators on top of the spring and under the spacer as instructed.

I could not find anything on this specific issue on the web, any isights are welcome.
