working on a 04 jeep grand Cherokee limited non h.o for a customer. motor is shot. he brings me a h.o motor with bad heads on it. long story short ,hes wanting to put non h.o heads on the h.o block . few problems I see here with this-what can I do about knock sensors. also if I use his factory fuel rail an intake am I going to run into problems? how is the valves going to work with the h.o pistons ,as they are different .I don't have h.o wiring harness only the factory non h.o

Hello,

I don't know that I'd try that. While I'm still working on catching up on current tech other than GM, it doesn't seem like it would work well.

The engine management is different, for starters, and you'd need the non-HO PCM.
