Yes, I have heard of the Lead Frame Assembly.
I'm pretty sure the valve body has to come out to get at it, so they will be dropping the pan and draining the fluid.
Not sure what other information you are looking for? The dealership has diagnosed what they think the problem is, and are fixing it under warranty. What else do you want to know?
