My 2005 GC Laredo has a horrible high pitched rubbing noise coming from the front end but when I hit a bump or turn to the left it makes a horrific grinding noise. i pressure washed my rotors, calipers, and backing plates on all 4 corners after it started making the noise, but it didnt help. Please help me!!

Could be a lot of things.

I would start getting that wheel off and getting a good look at what's going on in there. Check the wheel hub/bearing for any play.

If it is something lodged in the caliper, spraying it with a power washer may not be enough to get the offending bits out.

I wont be able to tear into it until wednesday, is it bad to drive with the noise? this is my only mode of transportation...

Well I certainly wouldn't say it is good.

Metal on metal grinding means something is contacting that shouldn't. If it is a wheel hub, your wheel could fall off if it gets bad enough. If it is your brakes, you could score the rotors and/or overheat the pads.

Without knowing what it is, it is impossible to say what will happen.
