HELP! How to import music from usb on RER Radio in 2010 WK Limited

I have the stock RER Navigation and Radio head unit with the Boston premium Audio system, and I want to import music from my iphone instead of just CD's. And when I import music from a CD to the HDD, I loose all the track names and artists. How can I fix this? Is it fixable? And how can I get my iphone to import the music to the HDD. It says it cannot import from the connected USB device when I try to import from the USB connected to my iPhone. Please Help!!!
