Hello- I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 V6 that has had a Harsh shift problem that started at 175 miles ! It has been at the dealer 5 times and in the beginning they refused to admit that something was wrong . I have had them reset preform a reset ( Battery cable removal ) which did nothing. On Monday it was at a different dealer with a Factory Rep notified. They said that they had a new procedure. This procedure was explained by the tech. Reset , then drive on a level road using the paddle shifters and not exceed 750-950 RPM thru each gear for a minimum of 3/4 of a mile  This took the tech 2 hrs to preform so he said . I picked up the Vehicle got on the freeway for a few miles then proceeded on surface streets for a couple of miles . Stop and go driving . And well the problem returned  This has been nothing short of a nightmare for me. Looks like they are going to have Legal problems . Who drives like that ? How is that a solution ? Chrysler has NO answers and are very Difficult to deal with . Never again !!
