So I have a 2017 limited. 3.6L v6 and 8 speed auto. It is equipped with HDC. Was playing around with it and it worked going up hill as well. Do the newer GC hill descent work as speed select control?

Last time I tried my HDC in my 2014 I noticed the same thing, seemed like it didn't much care whether it was going up or down.
