So... I'm moving from Florida to Colorado and I thought about giving my GC a little love and install a block heater. I been in colorado with my RV TT and it got below zero several days. It started right away but I know that she is suffering.

I saw an installation video of a 5.7 on a RAM so I think that must be the same process

So basically I need to remove the heat cover that is over the starter, then the starter then the hole should be behind. Everything from the bottom of the engine. I took a quick look and I know that wont be easy.

In any case, anyone did this? has a better guide or recommendations? THANKS
