JeepCares has had a presence on other Jeep forums I've been part of, and they have been able to help advocate on owner's behalf before, or at least escalate certain issues to the proper teams. Not sure if JeepCares here is legit or not, but I know they do maintain a legit presence on forums, which is pretty great actually.
