Ok folks, I have always admired the LR4 (but own a '14 Overland) and was wondering what specifically makes the JGC the tougher of the two trucks...for instance, who has the superior air suspension etc. I would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

OK, fair enough. How about this then. What truck is better in deep snow, in rough off-road conditions etc. In deep snow or in some really rough terrain, which is the superior vehicle??? I have never seen a really good head-to-head comparison between an LR4 and a trail-rated JGC.

The problem with that comparison is that it didn't include the JGC with the air suspension...the LR4 has it standard....

I owned an LR4 for a short while (long story why just a short while) and that frame as about as robust as they come. LR does a great job on their frames.

I would love to see that. I am really curious to know how the GC stacks up. I had an LR4, that thing is a tank. But the GC is rock solid as well.

Istowell, I had heard precisely the same thing and often wondered if that was actually true. Because that would be a MAJOR advantage for the JGC.
