I have a number of Jeep apparel pieces - several winter jackets and one, a brilliant woollen trench coat in black (that unfortunately is not for sale on the website) but I always get comments on it from other women that say 'where did you get that from'.
It is not immediately obvious that it is Jeep apparel. The only thing identifying it as 'Jeep' is the label on the inside, the lining on the inside with 'Jeep' imprinted on it and from the outside, if you look very closely, the buttons have Jeep embossed on them. Very subtle but one of the best cut trenches I own (and I have a few) .
It's all very good quality gear.
ETA: Just looking at their current womans stock, there is a definite depletion of the good stuff. None of my stuff is there anymore. They was an excellent fur lined vest that I always have tossed in the back of the KL. It appears to be sold out. They need to do a restock.
The Australian and New Zealand licensee of Jeep Apparel and Footwear, Revolution Brands, has gone into administration putting 100 jobs at risk.
Revolution Brands is based in Melbourne and has over 100 employees. It opened its first store in 2004 and now has 20 across Australia. "We are continuing to trade Revolution Brands as we investigate its financial position," Mr Wight (Chartered Accountant & Voluntary Administrator) said.
Jeep's outdoor and lifestyle clothing is sold under licence from the four-wheel drive maker of the same name in over 40 countries around the globe.
A spokesman for the administrators said the chain of Jeep stores would continue to trade until further notice and that several potential buyers had been identified.
He said it was up to the Jeep parent company whether the licence to sell the branded products would be transferred to a new Revolution Brands owner. "But the assumption is that it will, because that's what the brand relies on," he said.
I finally got to drive Mrs Ks new 3.2l petrol KL. In brief;

* Very quiet engine which is powerful and smooth.
* Transmission works a treat; no signs of shudder, clunking or rough shifting at all.
* No squeaks, rattles or peculiar noises.

Hi
In the current RACV Royal Auto magazine I noted that in an article "Jeep Ups Ante" that 'The extra two years warranty also applies to current owners of model year 2015 and 2016 cars' the Jeep website backs this up with 'And to ensure that owners of new model year 2015 and 2016 Jeep...
