Can anyone confirm that the correct part # for a Jet 180 thermostat for a 2014 GC SRT is "10183"? Thanks!

After installing mine it looks like the temp is going to sit on 190 degrees. OEM had it set at 200.

How hot does yours run after the 180 install?

I watched mine a couple times and it ranged from 184-190. I didn't pay any attention to oil temps

Yes, for sure as it is under pressure with scalding liquid when it's warm.

be sure to "burp" it when done and replace the lost coolant

I just caught what I could and then added a tiny bit of water. It doesn't take much if your careful

It's the purple stuff. I got mine pre-mixed from the dealer, mopar stuff. I get a 25 percent discount though.

Installed the tstat but think I have a problem. While driving the coolant temp drops to about 184... While parked for about 5 mins I saw the temp go up to 215.

Is this working OK? I'm burped the system as best I know how. My apologies for the paranoia. I'm very comfortable with electrical stuff but not mechanical when it comes to cars.

Edit... While typing this message she is running at about 204 just sitting here... Does the Tstat need to break in?

On the ride to work she was right at 184 the hole way. When i parked it started to climb to 192 before i needed to head inside.

Any way you can see what the oil temps are on the way home? I'm curious to see if it helps keep those a little lower as well.
