Another set-up to consider are the Old Man Emu (OME) lifts by ARB. I had an XJ (Cherokee) with a 2.5" OME lift and it behaved well on the road and was extremely flexible off-road.
My 2013 JKUR has the AEV 3.5" SC lift and it's perfect for both on-road and off-road duties. I run 35s with this lift and have no issues.
You can't go wrong with either of these kits.
