I am new to the board but have been reading since January....thanks to the large amount of information here, I just ordered a Granite 2014 Limited, w/OR2, radio with NAV, and sunroof.

Just for clarity, I was targeting the Overland but my wife "insisted" I consider the Limited :slapfight:. Her reasoning: the Limited we test drove was far more luxury that we currently have in the 2004 Ford Escape or the 2006 Subaru GT turbo...this is true and hard to argue with, but damn I wanted puddle lights, folding mirrors, panoramic sunroof, HIDs, etc... I would not compromise on the off road package/tow package, nor the integrated radio with NAV installed...

Got a reasonable deal through work at $1k under factory invoice and an additional $100 off...I know others are getting more, but this dealer says they are going like hotcakes and it is even difficult to transfer cars from other dealers if they find them in the network. So I am having it built, and the dealer, wife and I are happy. Oh well, I will be more than ecstatic with this build I am sure. Saved a few thousand $s so now I can fix the house :thumbsup:

Anyway, thanks to all for the information on dealer deals, options, etc...I will be sending my VON/VIN to Milous once I get it so I can track...

Located in North Central NJ...I saw the group buys for DC, IL, Western PA/OH, and those are pretty far drives. My work takes me out of the country on a regular basis for extended durations, so I did not want to commit to pickup anything beyond a reasonable drive that I would not be around to do myself. My wife works within several miles of the dealership we ordered from so the convenience was a factor...

Were there other buys I missed? I hope not!!!

Forgot to mention, the OR2 was more important to me than the other Lux package features...believe me the discussion lasted days, and I did not want hear about going for an Overland instead of a Limited the rest of my days!!!
