Key Fob replacement under Mopar Maximum Care Plan ... just the Fob and No Key? Huh???

Dealer said it includes the Fob (part 68143505AC) but not the actual key that goes with it. Huh? An old thread said it did.

Does anyone know if the Fob replacement is supposed to include the actual key part (and cut too)??? What has been your experience?

Thanks!

Here is the plan language:

"KEY FOB: Subject to the limitations in this provision, the Plan provides (i) coverage for up to three key fob repairs or replacements, and (ii) a total key fob coverage benefit of $600, which limit applies notwithstanding the cost per repair or per replacement of the key fob for the Covered Vehicle. Key fob coverage is available even if this component is lost or stolen, and this coverage is not subject to the deductible that applies to repair visits for covered components.
NOTE: FAILURE OF A KEY FOB BATTERY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A MECHANICAL FAILURE OF THE KEY FOB."

Lost Key FOB. Been working with one FOB and 3 drivers, some risk there. How many FOBS one effectively use on a JGC Summit ? What is the best way to replace one ? See on ebay FOBS priced over wide range, still requiring programing etc.
