I'm really interested in getting rid of my stock Goodyear crap tires for an all terrain variety. I have always owned Dueler A/T Revo 2s on other vehicles and loved them. I also like the looks of the Cooper Discoverer.

I am, however, very disappointed not a single manufacturer makes an A/T tire in the stock 20" size (265/50 20). I know many are running 275/55 20s without any rubbing, but not only does this cause a significant difference in the spedo reading (almost a 4mph diff at 65mph), but I'm afraid it gives the dealer a reason to deny warranty service (I have the Lifetime Max Care plan).

I see there are a ton of 2011-14 Jeeps on the road, granted most are the Laredo variety, however there are a significant number of Jeeps with 20" rims.

Do you think there's any chance if we unite as a community and go to COOPER or Bridgestone they would consider making A/T tires in the stock 20" size?

Nitto terra graplers are avail in oem size as well as falken rocky mountains. I doubt this leverage attempt within this community will net you anything as this community is a small amount of people needing tires in this size.

I wasn't able to find the Faulken Rocky Mountains in that size...where did you find them?

Discount tire direct had them when I was looking. I bought 285/50s instead.

The other options is to get a set of 18" wheels. Plenty of OEM A/T Tires for 265/60/18. Tire calculatons show a difference of about +2-2.5 mph between OEM 265/50/20 to 275/55/20. I used to run 285/70/17 on my truck with OEM at 265/70/17 for about the same difference. Never had a speeding ticket with such a small increase in speed---unless you are already a lead foot.

Falken doesn't even show the Rocky Road tires on their site. At all.

The Nittos are likely what will be my next tire. In OEM size of course. I'm not willing to deal with the odometer fraud, or speedometer calibration issues.

Nittos got horrible reviews on durability. I drive too many miles to risk it. Jeep really dropped the ball on this one. The 20 wheels look awesome, but without some better tire options you lose 1/2 the capability that the vehicle has.

It's sad, but I'm probably going to have shell out a crap ton of money for some 18" rims and use those in the winter and/or when I go hunting or camping.

Thumbs down to Jeep for the lack of research they did before spec'ing a tire size with extremely limited A/T options. They lost focus of who their customers are.

Everyone should email Cooper to try to get them to produce their Zeon LTZ in the Jeep OEM 20" size

Nitto's are about the only ones right now that have a tire in stock size but as someone else said, the biggest complaint is their durability

Zeons are not an A/T tire. There are plenty of "highway all season" offerings, but literally only one A/T offering (nitto).

I have the nitto's and really like them. It's way too early for me to comment on their durability but I had read somewhere that Nitto changed the compound they use on the Terra Grapplers for more life. I really like the ride, looks and overall performance in snow/rain/dry conditions so far.

Good to know... I may give them a try once given they are the only option.
