2013 limited, new to me: 101k miles- going from stop to start around 12-15 mph I hear/feel what I can describe as a thump/kick. I feel it under the car, not from the hood. No other time. Once I’m over 15mph it’s fine, and if I slow down under 15 but not to a stop, it does not happen again. I’m new to 4x4, I am
on snow tires right now which I know you shouldn’t be- that’s being addressed. Any thoughts?

Try changing your transfer case fluid (asuming you have a 4x4 of course).
I’ve seen others say this: and posts have said ATF+4 for the QDII/QT II, mine is, it’s also 3.6L: which according to the manual it doesn’t specify this, nor any interval about when it should be changed. Do you have any insight on this?

Regardless of 4wd system every 36k for transfer case is best. I believe Owners Manual states 30k Inspect but your already in there.

ATF+4 is for All WK2 Transfer cases Besides QT 1, QT1 tcases require a special fluid.

100k miles Hopefully at least once the following has been done.

Front and Rear Differential fluids changed,

Transfercase atleast once Hopefully twice.

And being a 2013 you have the NAG1 transmission so the filter should been changed around 60k on that.
