They came for her. Dealer says " it's started up for us every time all day " no clue to what's wrong.

If your jeep cannot start with the key fob or by pressing the start stop button beside the steering wheel, you should be able to pull that manual key out of the key fob, pop out the red start stop button beside the steering wheel and start the jeep, same thing if your battery is dying on your remote key fob,and you cannot open the door automatic by touching the handle, remove the key from the key fob to put into the silver key hole on the door to open the door,pop out the start stop red button put the key fob in and start the jeep.

Yes you are right the new jeep I think you press the key fob against that red start stop button while your foot is on the brake and that should start the vehicle, I saw it on YouTube, If your key fob is dead with a dead battery and you cannot open the door I think there is a manual key inside the key fob to remove to put inside the key hole on the door to open the door to get inside the vehicle.

There was no need to have some truck towing your jeep with this problem, a lot of people don't read the manual that come with the vehicle or most device, so many issues could get solve.If you find the manual is not sufficient go on the internet especially YouTube .

I could see some folks seeing this Jeep SRT being towed and saying Chrysler JUNK not knowing that there was a temporary fix for the owner to start the jeep,but the owner lacks the knowledge so another punch in the gut to Chrysler.
