Looks mainly body and frame. Engine and Trans may be ok. Hard to tell though from a front shot.
My 2014 Overland ED had less front damage than yours that came to 14k!

Agreed, not worth fixing (I think)... also agreed on need for gap insurance, could make the difference between having ~15K or not...

What do they usually cost new or used? I mean airbags are out and most of the front is damaged. 80% chance it's totaled.

I've rebuilt frontend damage before, first start by stripping everything damaged off, assessing the damage, price front clips, or consider buying a damaged rear-end Jeep for front-end parts, good luck, Carparts auctions might a good place to start.
