I recently purchased a MyGIG 430 from someone and I was wondering if I have the most up to date software on it.. Also if I am best off just asking the dealer to update it for me instead of doing it myself.. 2nd question is I have been trying to put pictures and music on the HDD but when I plug in the USB it says no music or pictures detected.. Seems as it is not recognizing the USB.. It is a 2 GB model so not sure if it's to large or if the radio is picky on the brand of drives... Attached a pic with the system info. Thanks!

you have very old Software, go on my Server and download the rbz_10.00.11

Thanks Sox! Also figured out the USB drive is touchy.. Another Flash drive worked just fine

SOX all I see is a RB2 10.00.11 iso and below it RBZ 8.5 iso.. which is the right one? To clarify I have the 430 RBZ model.. thanks

Oh thanks..so I down loaded and burned it to a disc as a data cd but the radio just says DATA DISC and that's it.. Something I'm doing wrong or is there a specific way/program to burn the disc?

What's the difference with 10.00.11? Should I made the update too?
