Mygig RHB, hdd doesn’t work

have a RHB in a Grand Cherokee 2011, I have trouble whit my my stereo, it doesn’t read CD, DVD and I can´t load or save nothing on the HDD, when I try to see the space on the Hdd it doesn’t say nothing,. Its in blank (-), I run a test in the stereo (Engineer mode) it says “Hdd- NG”.
