Yesterday my 97 Grand Cherokee Laredo, started grinding when I decelerated, like it couldn't downshift. If I touched the gas, it would engage. Today it got worse and started grinding louder and not only during deceleration. Finally before I coul get home she totally disengaged...no pull, only loud grinding. In drive, and reverse. I was a mile from home and eventually made it home in part time low...the only place anything would lock in. Any ideas?
Need some help.....Transfer case??
