my 2014 Trailhawk is blowing cold air on passenger side? I replaced the Thermister still blowing cold? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m assuming it’s dual zone and if that’s the case the actuator gear on the passenger side is likely broken

Do search on Cherokee KL Blend Door. You might locate someone who fixed it and could assist you. I did find a good explanatory video though.

Not sure if the system on your KL is the same as the one shown. So. yours could be as simple as a buggered actuator (or gear) or at the worst the rubber seal issue like this one. which he had a simple fix for.

I ordered an actuator but looking back I dont think it comes with a gear? AND I cannot seem to find a gear for this Jeep?? hoping someone can tell me where to find one. Still looking.

The Cherokee does not have a gear. I assumed it was a Grand Cherokee..next time I need to verify which section im in..
