Last night on my message thing it says to chamge my oil...meanwhile it was changed not even 300 miles ago...I have a 2012 grand Cherokee hemi with 7,245 miles! With oil psi at 55...anyone else get this message!?
Oil monitor wasn't reset when the oil was changed. ThanksIt is just your slack dealer not resetting the warning.
It is easy to do yourself, just have a quick search for the procedure on this site.
Well.... as much as I agree with you the young quick lube guys miss it occasionally. I would maybe give them a second chance but that is up to you.... the second and third time it has happened to me I get upset about it because that means they aren't doing any of them right.was done at the dealer!...first and last time that'll be done
with the push button start, just press the engine start button to acc without foot on brake, then press the accelerator pedal 3 times within 10 secs, then press start the engineHad the same thing, had serviced on 10000km an now on 11000km oil change due reset.
Done by Service department. Can i reset myself. 2012 wk 3.6 v6.
Please help. Cannot give car back for a whole day to dealer.

I think that's what it says in the owner's manual, but I haven't had the opportunity to try it yet. You can double check the book.Is it the same procedure for a 2014 oil indicator reset? I had my oil changed today and still says 44%
