So I decided to mock the Altitude WK2's as I love the all black. My rims are the last thing that need to be done. But here are pics as of now.
First did the sides as I didn't want to remove them.

Finished:

Next came the grill:

Finished off with the mirror covers as they looked out of place with the grill

Finally, I just added a painted rear brow then later plastidipped the chrome under it:

Finished plastidip:

I know the last picture is bad quality, I just finished it tonight and couldn't get a great picture of it.

Yeah it's as easy as that. Just if you do try, I'd suggest watching youtube videos for tips as I made mistakes my first time.

Looks good. Would that method work on the door handles? Would it just rub off after a while of opening the door?

Looks good! I took the front grill and rear crossmember off to plasti-dip but it looks like taping worked for you. It was only clips on front and back. Side door moldings are next for me, not sure if I want to remove them or tape them, I heard they are only double sided tape so I'll probably take them off so I can dip them perfectly. Did you have any tape lines or peels from leaving them on to plasti-dip?

Thanks guys, for doing the door handles, that's next for me. It shouldn't give an issues, plasti dip is very durable, goes through car washes no problem.

Yeah I didn't feel like taking everything off, I should have but taping worked perfect regardless. I had no issues with the residue, just used goo gone if I saw any and it looked fine after. In regards to the emblem, I may just plastidip that as well or take it off.

Love the look! Are you by any change going to apply glossifier to any of the dipped parts?
I was considering doing it to the grille and sides. Obviously wouldn't with the emblems. My friend was wanting to do my rims with me and add the glossifier to the rims since his turned out well.

Yeah I did the door handles, they like to peel on the edges from constant use. I read putting around 5 coats total, and don't forget the edges as they will peel.
