P0430 WK4.7 Long Term ADAP Level?

Chasing a P0430 code - indicates CAT Converter @ about $2500 for the part.
Just checked vehicle(2005) and Bank 1 shows 9.8 ADAP and Bank 2 shows 11.0 (cold readings engine off baseline.)

For sanity checked 2006 with same engine.
Both Bank 1 and Bank 2 show zero Long Term ADAP?

Any thoughts on reasons or indications?
