Guys, can somebody please confirm if the rear park assist on the 2014 laredo is audio notification or visual display. Part number 82212232. It is an add on accessory by the dealer. I am getting mixed answers from dealers. I have been quoted $950 which includes painting,install and supply. Looking forward to your responses.

Guy here from the GC. Just picked up mr CRD Laredo 2 weeks ago. The park assist is visual camera as in the Limited. I'm not sure whether it will be with audible as well. (hope so) The issue is supply, they are 600 units behind.... whoever it is producing them. So I am waiting as well. Asked yesterday at the Southport,GC dealership but no ETA at this stage. Initiall they said 300 units will be available end Nov. but for the whole nation. So not sure where I'm on that list if at all.

The part number you quote is the rear sensor or beepers. I ordered the sensors for my Laredo but the dealer fitted some aftermarket brand which is independent of the Uconnect system. All you get is a loud beep when near something. I can't even turn it off when reversing with a trailer.
If you order sensors, make sure it is clear that you expect the genuine item.
