So the service manager finally got involved in my rear suspension noise after 4 visits and a number of suspension components. I wish he would have been involved 6 months ago, he seems driven to get it fixed and keep me happy.
Unfortunatley, it's still not fixed after 3-1/2 days at the dealer. They claim to have isolated the noise to the rear shock, ordered a new one (for the second time) and it's still happening. They borrowed one from a Jeep on the lot, and it's still happening.
I'm still frustrated, and considering litigation with Chrysler. I love this vehicle as it fits my lifestyle completely, but this particular unit has not represented the quality a $50,000 vehicle should. I will not accept "we can't fix it as an answer".
