I was just wondering if there are any other rear shocks that will work with a superlifted WK, other than the superide ones that come with the kit

Lots. Bilstein, fox 10's. Superlift shocks are 28" eye to eye, you can run up to a 32" if you use the right bits and trim.

Any super lift guys switch to bilsteins from super lift?
