Try resetting battery, are all wires hooked up correctly? Make sure hose that you disconnected to put seafoam in is reconnected, also when I seafoamed mine the spark plugs became found so I changed them out.

That's the map sender or manifold absolute pressure sensor the one I replaced on my jeep cam with new screws

That's awesome man, always better to use oem parts I just always look other places for them than dealer.
To trouble shoot I would put old wires back on and see what happens.
Instead if spending more money I'd just put stock wires back on and see what happens
I seafoamed today and I also had rough running for about 20 minutes than nice and smooth. I ran a whole can through brake booster line and than I put half in oil and half in tank, I than changed my oil.
