I am considering buying a used Jeep Cherokee - any major concerns about the rust in this picture? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Looks not that good to me at all, mine is a 2014 but in Vancouver Canada with not much salt and the area of the picture shows no rust at all on mine...
This looks like an East Coast vehicle and that is what it is I'd say... eventually everything will rust...

Your correct! It’s always been in MA/New England.

Just took a picture of my 2014 WK2 with 141,000 miles (221,000Km), never done anything but frequent garden hose in the winter, spraying everywhere... as long as it wasn't freezing ;-)

Its a different picture altogether....

Wow - garden hose did the job! That looks better than 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has been in New England as well that I took a look at the undercarriage today.

...buying out of state would be a good option... I was thinking of selling My2014 Limited but still looks good, and not worth a lot, WL too expensive...so I will keep driving...
Looking at 2024 Mazda CX-70 next (I think)...for reliability and fit & finish reasons...
Last couple years I meant to the replace the 2014, then came COVID, now the prices are too high ;-)
