That’s a lot of surface rust for a 10 y.o. Jeep. My 14 year old Jeep had a lot of rust, too, (we get lots of road salt!) but there wasn’t pitting on the heavy parts of the suspension like is showing in the picture. You would have to be thorough when checking the body to be sure that it is not compromised, that would be my concern.
