Service Records for MY17 Trailhawk

I’m considering purchasing an MY17 Trailhawk, however there is not a stamped service book with the car. Is there a way to access the service records for the car, to see if it has been serviced at a Jeep dealer? Car has done 36000k, so should have had Service at 20,000.

I have the VIN number.

I have looked at the USA site but it seems to not be accessible for Australia.

I’m cornered that Jeep won’t honour the remaining 3 and a bit years of warranty if there is no service record.

Any clues how to look up the service record?

A dealer can't deny warranty work regardless of service history. Some service systmes don't even sync with each other so if you have it serviced at different dealers in the same area they might not even know about it. Carfax can has access to service records from some reports I've but like I said not having a service record doesn't give a dealer the right to deny warranty work. It's backed by FCA and if you're still curious call FCA and ask it's their warranty after all.
