Got my ‘19 Trailhawk back from the dealership today.

Issue 1: They were able to complete several TSB’s, but they said they couldn’t do anything about the fact that my less-than-a-year-old JEEP Nav has 3 year old (2017) maps. The company that makes the maps said they don’t make them for my year. I know, use Google maps, etc, but that doesn’t help me when I’m off road in the middle of nowhere with no service. Also, it’s the principle. There’s principalities involved here. LOL

Issue 2: The last Uconnect update erased Off Road Pages from my Jeep. I didn’t realize it until I was actually off the grid in OK over Christmas and found they were missing. The Dealership didn’t even know what they were and said they couldn’t reinstall them. How the F do I get the Offroad Pages back!?!?!?!

I'd try a smarter dealership.
There's threads here about missing the off road screen, try a search here.
So far mine is there when i need it.

This is one reason i'm hesitant to update Uconnect.

This was the 2nd dealership I‘ve been to regarding the outdated Nav maps. The update was OTA, which sucks since I know now that it can mess it up.

I’m hoping now that @JeepCares can help, b/c losing Off-road Pages is BS.

FCA doesn't have any control over how updated the map database that is sold by HERE. I've heard they are 1.5-2 years old already when they are made available for purchase, I do not know why that is. 2018 and newer GC's have Android Auto that lets me plug in my smartphone to the uConnect and pull up Google maps right on the screen, which are always up-to-date. If someone is going to be driving where there is limited cell phone signal they can d/l offline Google maps beforehand and use them.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your Off Road Pages. I would like to open a case for you and get you to a Uconnect specialist. If you'd like, please send us your VIN, email, phone number, and mileage to get started.

Thank you so much for replying! I was arranging apps today and found it on the 3rd page, but that page was not there before I started moving things around (only 2 pages prior). I don’t know if it was a glitch after the update or what, as I had it on my 1st page beforehand.

As long as it stays, this has been resolved. Thanks!!

Now that you mention that, when i first bought my GC, distinctly remember the off road app was on the 2nd page and i don't remember having a 3rd page.
Fast forward to today and the off road app is on a 3rd page.
Never thought twice about it until i read your post.

Never got an update message so i never updated unless somehow it updated automatically by itself.
I have manually moved the app icons around. Could be that changes page configurations, who knows!

That’s what threw me for a loop is that I had it on page 1. I couldn’t find it and both pages were full, but there was no 3rd page. I just got lucky in finding it as I was moving some stuff around at it was just sitting there on page 3, with nothing else. Now it’s back on page 1 where I can keep an eye on it. LOL.

I made sure to save my memory 2 settings again afterward.
