I have a '97 Zj and my exterior door latches no longer will open the doors unless you push the release button several times. Example, driver's front door I have to push four times, then it will release. Passenger rear is 3 x before it will release. Driver's rear I tried to adjust, now it won't open from the outside. Any advise on fixing this issue? IMG_20201221_172349_4.jpg

So the door button on the handle doesnt open the door on the first press?
My initial guess would be your doors aren't unlocking all the way. Try rolling the windows down and manual locking and unlocking the door anand testing the door handles then. See if when you mnaully unlock the door all the way it opens first try. If it does its weak actuators. All 5 of mine were bad in swapped them to some heavy throw after market DEI actuators laying around.

Other wise I'd assume theres some adjustment on the latch assembly inside the door that's worked its was loose? Youd have to follow the rod assembly from the exterior button.
