Mine was doing this as well. 2019 GC with only 18000 miles. Dealer called to tell me it was done, and they had to replace both batteries. Frankly, I didn't notice the problem until the gas prices shot up!

Same problem. Battery not charging. Hasn’t affected anything as of yet, hopefully it stays that way.

It was covered under my warranty. They also provided me with a free rental so that I could get home. In reality, it took them about an hour to complete the work. They said that both batteries failed the "GR8 Test". It works correctly now.
