I noticed that my sunroof wasn't seating properly, and because of it heavy rains would lead to interior leaking, so I had it fixed. Now, the sunroof works fine, but in cases of heavy rain I still get leaking on the interior. Has anyone else had something like this happen? If so, what fix did you use? Thanks.

Where are you finding the water?

The first thing I would check are the sunroof drain tubes.

If that isn't the cause I'd look at the seal around the windshield.

Of course, depending on where the water is, those suggestions might change.

^ What he said. The drain tubes are the #1 cause of leaking into the interior...

I've found water droplets coming from the garage door opener panel above the rear view mirror, as well as just below the grab handles at the small covers. I'll definitely have to check the drain tubes. Thanks for the replies.

Those are the same places that leaked for me when my tubes were clogged. Grab your own or a buddy's air compressor with the air-blow attachment and stick it into the drain holes when the sun roof is receded. That's essentially all the dealer does to "clean them out."
