Took the 14 to the track tonight.
First things first the heat soak on these trucks is insane, sitting is worse for it I was in the staging lanes for 2 hours it never cooled down below 125 iats, hood up and all. It is a completely different truck when the iats are below 90* on the launch
First run [email protected] next 2 runs 13.55 , 13.62 all around 102
Later in the night, the lanes cleared and I was able to hot lap it. This dropped the temps big time with 80* iats I got a best of [email protected] I'm telling you the heat soak is a big issue. Also the evic was dead on. With in a tenth and the mph was with in 1.
On the way home after being on the highway for a while the iats were in the 60s so I hit an on ramp and did a pull, got a [email protected] but I'm not counting it.
Overall 13.1 stock is pretty good but something needs to be done to help them from heat soaking. Also I hate that I can't put it in netural with out it running. Prevented me from letting it cool and pushing it in the lanes had to start it each time
