I wanted to add tow hooks to my 2017 WK2. Was looking at brackets, can anyone tell me the difference between these two...

I think the first part is the actual hook itself. The others are parts used to mount the hook to the vehicle.

Yeah i knew the actual tow hook.

But im confused as to why theres 2 different brackets? Do you need both?

I wonder if one bracket is for the European screw-in tow eye and the other is for the permanently mounted US spec tow hooks, something to research anyway.
