I am considering a Rockwood 2306 or Flagstaff 23LB. They are the same travel trailer made by Forest river. All the metrics seem to fit within the JGC specs, although maybe a touch too long at 23 feet 9 inches. It's the frontal that I hesitate at. My JGC allows a 60 sq. ft frontal. This travel trailer is 8 feet wide and 10 feet 3 inches tall (don't know if that includes the A/C).

It does have a more friendly aerodynamic front than the square box of previous years so i'm sure that helps.

Are others breaking through that 60 foot frontal area level? I did notice the F150's also have 60 sq. feet as the limitation and everyone I know doesn't adhere to that (and yes, I get that an F150 is more of a tow vehicle).

Hey,
Prior to my move overseas I had a 2015 Jayco JayFlight 28BHS. My 2015 Overland Eco towed this trailer with no problem at all. From Bumper to hitch it was just over 31'. I never did measure the front dimensions. Here's a link to my trailer.
