When I drive around town/highway, nothin hard, sometimes my 07 wk grand Cherokee will overheat, and dash says trans over temp, and if I turn it off and try to turn it on it will start but will run like its not gettin fuel. And trys to stall and will do this until it decides its cooled off enough then run just fine, Wtf is wrong with my baby

Not sure about the trans over temp warning but it sounds like a fuel pump thats going.

With a trans overtemp message displayed, you must always confirm the actual transmission temperature first (using infrared gun), to be sure its an actual overtemp, or just a false warning.
The running problem when hot, seems to be the crank sensor on its way out.
